The Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son received Saturday, the Egyptian Ambassador Amal Salama.
The minister praised the bilateral ties between Vietnam and Egypt, and the latest developments in the mutual relationships.
In addition, both sides examined the means of enhancing the relationships between both countries, including exchanging senior state visits between Egyptian and Vietnamese officials, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between the two countries.
During the meeting, both officials asserted the importance of deepening cooperation between Egypt and Vietnam in different fields.
