EMA: Egypt to Witness Rise in Temperature Until Sunday


The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) revealed an expected increase in temperature across the country during the coming days. 

According to the official forecast agency, cold weather is expected to be witnessed in the morning, while hot weather is expected during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt, warm in the northern coasts, hot in southern Sinai and the south of the country, and cold at night in the north.

Friday, May 12:

Cairo and Lower Egypt sees highs of 31 degrees, and lows of 20 degrees.

The northern coasts sees highs of 25 degrees, and lows of low 17.

South Sinai sees highs of 35 degrees, and lows of 21.

North Upper Egypt sees highs of 36 degrees, and lows of 20.

Southern Upper Egypt sees highs of 39 degrees, and lows of 20.

Saturday 13 May:

Cairo and Lower Egypt sees highs of 30 degrees, and lows of 20 degrees

The northern coasts sees highs of 24 degrees, and lows of 17.

South Sinai, the high sees highs of and lows of 21.

North Upper Egypt sees highs of 34 degrees, and lows of 19.

Southern Upper Egypt sees highs of 39 degrees, and lows of degrees.

Sunday, May 14:

Cairo and Lower Egypt sees highs of 29 degrees, and lows of 18 degrees

The northern coasts sees highs of 23 degrees, and lows of 17.

South Sinai sees highs of 35 degrees, and lows of 21.

North Upper Egypt sees highs of 32 degrees, and lows of 19. 

South Upper Egypt, the high is 38 degrees, and lows of 21.
